Tom Van Lone has 16 years of experience in commercial and residential development and building. He has dedicated himself to creating the community of Erie since moving here 15 years ago by spending 10 years on the Erie City Council as both Mayor and Councilman and as an integral part of all aspects of the Community. He is currently completing a business center close to the Erie Commons Retail property, consisting of 34,000 square feet of office / retail space, bringing local businesses prime space and opportunity. Most recently he has opened a Keller William – The Van Lone Team, a full service real estate company employing local Erie real estate brokers.
