Dan Woog started his real estate career in
2003 when he purchased his first investment property in Arizona. Since that
time, he has added an additional four properties to his portfolio. In 2007, he
worked as a property manager in the bustling Phoenix, Arizona market and manged
over 100 residential properties.
Dan grew up in Minnesota and spent much
of his youth playing hockey and soccer. Before moving to Colorado, he spent nin
years in Arizona where he attended Arizona State University. His real estate
education began when his hockey coach, a long time real estate broker, helped
him purchase his first home.
Through his six year experience as a
property manager and owner, he has learned the value of doing the little things
to ensure complete client and customer satisfaction. He looks forward to
establishing Erie Real Estate Company as the premier Front Range property
management company.
Dan ccurrently resides in Erie, CO and spends his
free time at the Erie Recreation Center as a manager and personal trainer.
